Bengaluru, July 2025 — Home services startup Clean Fanatics has raised ₹17 crore (approximately $2 million) in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). Other participants include Blume Founders Fund, Let’s Venture (LVX), Trica, TiE Angels, and a group of strategic angel investors.
Founded in October 2024 by serial entrepreneur BJ Arun and seasoned operator Nishant Prasad, Clean Fanatics offers a full stack of premium home services, including deep cleaning, painting, marble polishing, and civil renovations. The company currently services over 2,500 homes monthly in Bengaluru and claims a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of ₹2 crore.
The funding will support team expansion, technology upgrades, and the launch of new verticals like civil construction and end-to-end home renovation. Over the last two years, the startup has grown its revenue 8x and attributes nearly 40% of its customer acquisition to word-of-mouth — a rare metric of loyalty in India’s fragmented home services sector.
India’s home services market is projected to reach ₹80,000 crore by 2030, driven by rising urbanization and demand for professionalized, tech-enabled offerings. While competitors like Urban Company dominate the space, Clean Fanatics is carving a niche with its premium positioning and high customer retention rates.
“India is moving toward organized home services, and Clean Fanatics is positioned at the intersection of quality and trust,” said Mitesh Shah, Co-founder of IPV, commenting on the investment.
Currently operating in Bengaluru, the startup aims to expand into new metro cities over the next 12 months, focusing on affluent residential zones and gated communities.
