Bengaluru-based HR Tech Startup Secures Seed Funding

Human resources technology startup All Things People (ATP) has raised Rs 7 crore in seed funding from a consortium of investors including Varun Alagh (Founder & CEO, Honasa), Amit Dalmia, Alex von Behr, Vivek Gambhir, and Amit Sinha. The capital will be used to scale ATP’s flagship product, atp|reflect, enhance its AI-driven analytics capabilities, and expand its marketing and sales footprint.

About All Things People

Founded in 2024 by Anish Singh, Kshitij Jain, and Shashank Shekhar, ATP is a next-generation HR tech company focused on transforming workplace experiences globally. The startup combines artificial intelligence, people science, and organizational insights to provide scalable solutions that help companies attract, engage, and retain talent. Its first product, atp|reflect, enables continuous employee listening, delivers actionable insights, and helps leaders drive meaningful change in their organizations.

Market Opportunity

The global human resources technology market was valued at $36 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach $69.6 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 7.6% between 2025 and 2033. ATP is tapping into this rapidly expanding market with its AI-enabled employee experience platform.

Early Traction

Since its inception, ATP has onboarded 15 organizations, including a Big Four consulting firm, leading automobile manufacturers, premium hotel chains, unicorn startups, e-commerce companies, and pharmaceutical firms. Its client base spans India, Australia, and Sri Lanka, reflecting its growing international presence.

Future Plans

With the new funding, ATP plans to enhance product capabilities, strengthen technological infrastructure, and expand its global reach. The company aims to solidify its position as a leading player in the global HR tech sector while helping organizations improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
