Delhivery, India’s largest fully-integrated logistics provider, has officially launched Delhivery Direct, its on-demand intracity delivery service, in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru. The rollout follows a successful pilot in Ahmedabad and signals the company’s push into the fast-growing hyperlocal delivery space.

⚡ 15-Minute Pickup, Multivehicle Options

The Delhivery Direct app allows users to book local pickups in as little as 15 minutes, catering to both individual and SME delivery needs.

Depending on the parcel size, the platform dispatches:

  • Two-wheelers for small packages
  • Three- and four-wheelers for bulky items

Customers can also ship parcels intercity to over 18,800 pin codes nationwide, right from their doorstep.

💬 Leadership Speaks

“We are now fully live in NCR and Bengaluru—two of India’s largest on-demand delivery markets. This completes our full-spectrum logistics offering,” said Sahil Barua, MD & CEO of Delhivery.

He emphasized the value proposition for SMEs, individual users, and delivery partners, highlighting the opportunity for flexible earnings and working hours via the company’s vast network.

📲 App Details

The Delhivery Direct app is available for download on both:

  • Google Play Store
  • Apple App Store

Users can seamlessly book intracity and intercity deliveries through a unified interface.

🆚 Competitive Landscape Heats Up

With this move, Delhivery enters direct competition with:

  • Porter, India’s latest unicorn in logistics
  • Borzo and Mover for hyperlocal delivery
  • Rapido for two-wheeler couriers
  • Uber Courier XL, which recently expanded to support large-item delivery

🚀 What’s Next?

Delhivery plans to expand Delhivery Direct rapidly to other metro cities across India in the coming months.

This expansion reinforces its ambition to become a one-stop logistics solution for every delivery need—from hyperlocal to cross-country freight.
