Mumbai-based home services startup Snabbit has raised $19 million in a fresh funding round led by Lightspeed, with continued backing from existing investors Elevation Capital and Nexus Venture Partners.

This latest round comes just four months after Snabbit’s $5.5 million Series A, positioning the company as one of the fastest-growing startups in the segment this year.

Key Highlights

  • Funding Amount: $19 million
  • Lead Investor: Lightspeed
  • Co-Investors: Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners
  • Time Between Rounds: Only 4 months since Series A

What Snabbit Does

Founded in 2024 by Aayush Agarwal, former Chief of Staff at Zepto, Snabbit connects households with trained professionals for on-demand home services. Key offerings include:

  • Cleaning
  • Dishwashing
  • Laundry
  • Other hourly home tasks

Customers can book professionals via the Snabbit platform, and they arrive within 10 minutes—offering an ultra-fast, hyperlocal service model.

Expansion Plans

  • Currently operating in 10 micro-markets
  • Plans to expand to over 200 micro-markets in the next 9 months
  • Fresh capital to be utilized for:
    • Geographical expansion
    • Team building
    • Technology enhancement

Growth Metrics

  • Over 600 professionals onboarded already
  • Doubling workforce month-over-month
  • Higher income potential for professionals compared to traditional offline options

Competitive Landscape

While Urban Company remains the category leader, Snabbit’s fast-paced funding and operational model signals an emerging competition in the on-demand home services sector.

  • Slikk is the only other startup to close two funding rounds in 2025, with Lightspeed and Nexus also investing
  • Pronto recently secured $2 million from Bain Capital, with more funding expected soon

What the Founder Says

“We are building Snabbit to redefine home services with speed, professionalism, and earning potential for skilled workers. Our growth so far is just the beginning.”
— Aayush Agarwal, Founder, Snabbit
