Xpressbees, a leading name in logistics and supply chain solutions, has announced the appointment of Tarun Agarwal as its new Vice President – B2C First Mile. With over 31 years of experience in logistics, operations, and e-commerce, Tarun is expected to play a crucial role in scaling the company’s B2C logistics infrastructure and enhancing first-mile capabilities.

A Veteran in Indian Logistics Joins the Hive

Tarun Agarwal brings a wealth of industry expertise to Xpressbees:

  • Previously held the position of Vice President – Operations at Ecom Express, where he was pivotal in building marketplace-based pickup systems and managing large shipment volumes.
  • Instrumental in developing national sortation infrastructure and driving process automation, which resulted in reduced operational losses and improved efficiency.
  • Career milestones include leadership roles at Aramex India, Delhivery, Snapdeal, and a long tenure at Blue Dart Express, where he oversaw regional operations across Delhi NCR and North India.
  • Recognized across the industry for contributions in middle-mile optimization, quality process implementation, and regional team development.

Leadership Insights on the Appointment

Rahul Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer of Xpressbees, welcomed the appointment with optimism:
